From Apprentice
…to Expert!
I started my career in digital marketing straight after sixth form, joining Paramount Digital as an apprentice. During my time there, I built a strong foundation across digital channels, before specialising in SEO and progressing to Senior SEO Executive over a four-year period.
Looking to broaden my experience, I then moved to other agencies where I took on roles as an SEO Account Manager and Senior SEO Account Manager. Over the next three years, I developed a more strategic skillset, working across a diverse portfolio of clients including retail, eCommerce, hospitality, B2B, fashion, and sports. This gave me valuable exposure to different business models and growth challenges, allowing me to focus more on performance-driven strategy rather than just execution.
I’ve since returned to Paramount Digital in a more senior, strategic role as a Strategic Growth Manager. In this position, I work closely with multi-channel clients to align their marketing activity with wider commercial objectives. My focus is on building cohesive strategies, connecting in-house and agency efforts, and identifying opportunities that drive sustainable business growth.
