I was here before Paramount even had a name, and I helped choose it. On day one I set up the computers, created the email accounts, and wrote the processes the business still runs on today. From onboarding our earliest clients to hiring the people who’d go on to shape our culture, I’ve had a hand in pretty much all of it.

How did you get into digital
My passion for computers and technology has always been there, whether that meant taking a PC apart and rebuilding it or setting up a robotic lawn mower to cut the grass. Pair that with my hunger for competition, and digital marketing was the perfect fit.
Where do you see the industry in the next 5 years?
Search has shifted from blue links to AI-generated answers, and brand authority and original content are the new SEO.
I tell every new hire the same thing: knowing how search worked five years ago adds little value to what we’re doing now. What matters far more is understanding where it’s heading next — and being ready to adapt the moment it moves again.
