The Brief
Due to the nature of this industry, they were getting bogged down by calls for irrelevant makes and this was taking up a lot of their time.
Our Approach
We worked with our client to phase out the other irrelevant makes and the feedback over the months has been positive in that we are headed in the right direction. To achieve this quicker, we decided to run ads on Microsoft as well as Google to increase our visibility across different audiences. This came with a separate click spend but the value was proved with us earning the client 24 leads per month on average since we started running this separate campaign on Bing.
The most recent addition to our strategy has been to implement a call tracking software which has provided additional insight into how we are targeting users of the main vehicular makes.
The Result
Additionally, the implementation of a PPC landing page by our dedicated graphic design team, caused an uplift in conversion rate by 12.8% from 10.87% to 23.68%.
